Our mission
To create a space where every person — regardless of country of origin, language, religion, or skin color — feels equal, protected, and valued.
We help migrants adapt to Polish society, gain access to education, employment, and social support, while preserving their own identity and cultural traditions.
The “Strategy for Migrant Integration” Foundation brings people and initiatives together to build a shared future based on mutual respect, solidarity, and humanity.

HISTORY OF CREATION
Our story
We are a team of people who once came to Poland ourselves and had to start life from scratch. We went through every stage of adaptation — from endless queues in public offices to searching for employment, housing, and schools for our children. We made mistakes, learned from them, and eventually understood how to make this path easier for others.
This experience became the foundation for creating the “Strategy for Migrant Integration” Foundation. We know the challenges that foreigners face in Poland and understand how important it is to have someone nearby who has already walked this path and is ready to support them.
Each of the founders of our Foundation is an expert in their field — from law and communications to education and business. We have combined our knowledge and experience to help others not only avoid mistakes but also build a stable and confident future in a new country.
We are open to sharing our experience, providing support, and inspiring others, because our main goal is to make life for migrants in Poland easier, safer, and more dignified.
